Description	There are five children in the Committee's school at present, ages 4 to 8. The instruction is in French. Other children who know Portuguese may attend the village school, but these children do not know Portuguese and therefore special instruction has been provided. The school is located in the refugee colony established by the Portuguese, and JDC pays the maintenance costs for these Jewish refugees.
