Loeb and Troper Audits of American Jewish Relief Committee (AJRC), semi-annual, July 1, 1921-Dec. 31, 1923. Also see: American Jewish Relief Committee (AJRC), Cultural and Religious, Files 119-119b. In the 1921 campaign, the JDC represented three constituent committees: the American Jewish Relief Committee (AJRC), Central Relief Committee and People's Relief Committee (PRC). In that campaign, wherever a joint drive was conducted locally, the funds went to the JDC but the proceeds were credited to the three committees by the following formula: American Jewish Relief Committee 65%, Central Relief Committee 20%, People's Relief Committee (PRC) 15%. In turn, each constituent Committee was entitled to receive one-third of its allotted percentage for Cultural expenditures. See: National and N. Y. Campaigns, File 62, memo, 11/3/21. | |||
